Job Description

Responsible for supervising daily operations across all departments, ensuring high
performance, quality standards, and smooth functioning of all institutional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (academics, programs, HR, administration, finance, etc.)
  • Monitor departmental reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate between staff, management, and leadership.
  • Supervise scheduling and planning of events, courses, and institutional
  • activities.
  • Assist the Director of Operations in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Resolve operational challenges and manage crisis situations.
  • Maintain documentation, records, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strategic planning and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving
  • Experience in operations or administrative management preferred.
