Digital Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for building brand presence, driving traffic, and converting leads through paid and organic digital channels.

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Optimize SEO/SEM efforts for better visibility and ranking
• Manage PPC campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, and bid optimization
• Run A/B testing for landing pages, ad copies, and user journeys
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-performing digital assets
• Grow and engage followers on social media platforms through organic and paid strategies
• Execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing funnels using CRM tools
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Search Console)
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho
• Proven track record of running high-ROI campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot / SEMrush is preferred
• Experience in video marketing or YouTube SEO
• Previous experience in [industry-specific, e.g., EdTech, SaaS, eCommerce]
