Director of Curriculum and Instruction

Responsible for developing, designing, reviewing, and improving courses, academic
content, and learning methodologies.

• Develop new courses, modules, and curriculum structures.
• Review existing course content and suggest improvements.
• Conduct training for teachers, facilitators, and curriculum writers when
• required.
• Work with program managers to ensure courses run properly.
• Research educational best practices and integrate innovative teaching methods.
• Monitor learning outcomes, student feedback, and academic results.
• Update or revise curriculum annually or as needed.

• Strong knowledge of curriculum development for Islamic Courses (student of
• knowledge preferred).
• Creative instructional design and lesson planning skills.
• Research-based thinking and educational background.
• Good writing & content-structuring skills.
