Job Description

Responsible for hiring, employee relations, attendance, performance management, and
ensuring a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR files.
  • Conduct staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Draft policies, contracts, and HR guidelines.
  • Resolve staff conflicts and ensure disciplinary actions when required.
  • Coordinate salary structure with the finance department.
  • Organize staff meetings and orientation programs.
  • Improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in HR roles or office management (preferred).
  • Confidentiality and fairness in decision-making.
  • Organizational and record-keeping skills.
