Program Manger

Responsible for supervising specific departments, courses, or club programs, ensuring
they operate smoothly, meet goals, and deliver quality outcomes.

• Manage all activities within the assigned program/department (e.g., clubs,
• academic courses, events).
• Collect weekly and monthly reports from the main coordinators of each project
• under the given department.
• Ensure smooth functioning and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain student/participant attendance, feedback, and performance records by
• collaborating with the main coordinator for each project.
• Plan program schedules, activities, and curriculum implementation for the
• department.
• Prepare event calendars, progress reports, and productivity results for the
• department.
• Identify and manage challenges, and report to the Assistant Director of
• Operations when necessary.

• Strong coordination and planning ability.
• Responsible, proactive, and possess good communication skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects and teams and meet deadlines.
